1. Poshan Tracker version 19.0 new updates Released date- 03.09.2023 The following are the new features which are added in the latest version. 1- AWC code reflects in Home Page and Daily Tracking. 2- THR/HCM new module in Daily Tracking. 3- “Willing to take THR/HCM”. 4- “School going” is not editable. 5- “Migrate Beneficiary” replaced with “AWC Migration” in More Section. 6- Husband / Mother name added in Home Visit. 7- “Past Month” removed from Home Visit. 8- "Beneficiary Dead" option removed.

2. AWC Center Code display on Home page and Daily Tracking AWC code now available with the AWC name on home page AWC code is also available on the daily tracking.

3. Attendance and Morning Snacks Once the beneficiary has opted out for SNP(Morning Snacks and THR/HCM) then AWW cannot mark the Morning snacks and THR/HCM. Although, attendance can be marked. If the child is going to school then it will not be visible in the daily tracking. Attendance count includes every child coming to center . Morning snacks count includes only those children who have opted for SNP This is the count of total beneficiaries selected in Attendance. This is the count of total beneficiaries selected in Morning Snacks. Here morning snacks checkbox is disabled because beneficiary has been opted out for SNP and it cannot be marked in morning snacks

4. THR/HCM New Module AWC code now available with the AWC Status Only Aadhaar verified beneficiaries will be in THR/HCM list. SNP opted out beneficiary will not be in THR/HCM list. THR/HCM will be provided for 30 days in a month. If THR/HCM record is updated once in a day, then it will not allow AWW to update that record again.

5. THR/HCM can be provided for 30 days in total. On completion of 30 days, THR/HCM will display “Limit Reached”. THR can be provided for 7 or 15 days in a day. HCM can only be provided 1 in a day. The AWW can provide THR or HCM only in one field in a day. This is the option to provide THR which can be provided only for 7 or 15 in a day THR can be given once a day. THR becomes disable once the THR is given to the beneficiary.

6. Willing to take THR Willing to take THR is by default YES which means the beneficiary will receive the THR/HCM If the beneficiary don’t want go take THR/HCM then AWW can select ‘ No ’ on willing to take THR/HCM. Once it is selected as ‘No’ then beneficiary will stop receiving the THR/HCM and it cannot be edited.

7. If AWW select “ No” then beneficiary will stop receiving THR/HCM “Yes” is selected by default which means beneficiary will receive THR/HCM If ‘ Confirm’ is clicked then beneficiary will stop receiving THR/HCM and it cannot be changed. Click on Cancel to keep it as ‘ Yes ’ Willing to take THR/HCM will be non-editable once selected as ‘ No ’

8. THR/HCM option will be disabled for unverified beneficiary Condition For Enabled THR/HCM Option

9. Child Going to Anganwadi Center /School “Child going to” is by default selected as ‘ Anganwadi Center ’. If Child is coming to ‘ Anganwadi Center ’ then Child will be visible in Daily Tracking. If Child is going to ‘ School ’: 1- Then child will not be visible in Daily Tracking. 2- Then child will stop receiving THR/HCM. If Child is going to both(School and Anganwadi Center ) then select ‘ School ’. Child going to is selected as ‘ Anganwadi Center ’ by default.

10. Select ‘ School ’ if child is going to school On clicking ‘ Yes ’ beneficiary will stop receiving THR/HCM and child will not be visible in Daily Tracking Select ‘ No ’ for Receiving THR/HCM Click on Submit to proceed

11. If child is going to: ‘School’ then in THR/HCM Option, No will be selected by default and the field will be disabled

12. This is the list of beneficiaries that have been migrated In to this AWC. If the beneficiary came from other center and want to get registered in the new center then AWW can migrate in that beneficiary by following process. AWC Migration O TP will be sent to the mobile number which is registered with the beneficiary profile. For the two factor authentication, enter the DOB as per Aadhaar and submit. Enter the beneficiary’s mobile number which is registered in the application and enter the name as per the Aadhaar On clicking AWC Migration , AWW can migrate in that beneficiary which is registered in other center .

13. Home Visit For pregnant and Lactating mother category, husband will be there along with the beneficiary name In Home Visit only the Current Month list will be seen In the Home V isit list, H usband’s name under the Pregnant and Lactating mother and Mother's name under children name will be visible. In Home Visit, the past month list has been removed from completed and missed list.
