1. Regulated Daily Routine An individual should have a regulated daily routine, at least six days a week. As all internal functions of the human body are conditioned to particular timings of the day ( a physiologically proven fact.) Bed time: 9.30pm (5 am: raising from Bed)

2. Good Dietary Habits Fixed timings of food intake. No to in-between munching. Cutting down on dairy products & Non-veg. Proper & sufficient water intake throughout the day ( 8 to 12 glasses of water /day). Avoiding/minimizing Hazardous food stuff in diet like colours , taste makers, preservatives, synthetic additives. Proper cooking methods & Preservation Techniques.
3. Regulated Yogic Exercises Benefits of Regular Exercise 1. Improves Cardiac and Respiratory reserves 2. Also improves HDL (Good Cholesterol) levels in blood 3. Burns calories and lowers Blood sugar levels 4. Provides movement to joints & keeps spine flexible 5. Improves digestion and helps in getting rid of constipation 6. Keeps one active throughout the day 7. Solves the problem of Insomnia.
Criteria for an Ideal Exercise Regimen Should be of… * Short duration ( at least 30 minutes in a day) *feasible wherever one is, *Should not require any preparation, *Should be easy to adapt and should give enough physical exertion to burn enough calories, achieve target heart rate. *to keep spine supple, joints flexible and also an exercise with effect on all vital organs. …Only Yogic exercises can meet all the above mentioned requirements !

Abstaining from Habits & Addictions Habits & Addictions have got a lot of bearing on the quality of health of an individual . *Excess Tea / Coffee( Over 2 -3 cups a day can cause acidity, duodenal ulcer, makes liver sluggish, disrupt dietary schedule , also causes missed heart beats. *Use of Milk / Biscuits with tea *Smoking, Narcotic drug addiction and Alcohol intake / abuse.
6. Spiritual & Philosophical Approaches to Life Ethical & Moral values in personal, professional and social life have been taught in all religions of the world. Parents & Teachers have to set their own examples and emphasize these values at home, in schools and in colleges. Medical field relates many a health problems to Stress. In this context a spiritual and philosophical approach in life becomes very important.
