IRIS - Presentation Foundational Pillars Trust Convenience Personalization Ensuring Brand promise to customer and other stake holder through RO automation and connected technology Any of the expected/regular functionalities as defined in FCC, fail to work at retail outlet ,it will have a direct impact on the BRAND PROMISE BPCL has made to the customers. To ensure the brand promise or any loss to dealer ,in case of any failure of functionalities/Regular activities defined in FCC, specific nozzle or MPD may not be available to for service to consumer. This will ensure delivery of correct product at correct quantity ,quality and price to customers. This happens in the combination of WFCC ,MetaHOS and IRIS

4. IRIS - Presentation Locks are generated in FCC in the local RO and alerts for the lock generated in IRIS thru Meta HOS Portal. IRIS - AUTO-RSP INTERLOCK(SOP-001) MetaHOS on receiving signal from IRIS, removes interlock on RO 06:15am WFCC applies Interlock at RO and send signal to IRIS through MetaHOS 06:00am MetaHOS to check status of Auto-RSP and if not executed/downloaded at FCC 06:15 am Event Alert Generated on IRIS platform against RO ID for Auto-RSP Dealer, SO, TE informed of interlock application Dealer to manually correct issue and then raise request with justification via IRIS to remove interlock IRIS on receiving justification sends MetaHOS signal to remove interlock Fueling resumes at RO Logic deployed at: WFCC Severity: Critical Justification/Approval: Dealer(Justification) Impacted Asset : RO/MPD/NOZZLE where Auto RSP not downloaded.

6. IRIS - RSP Mismatch Interlock(SOP-002) Interlock generated for the product nozzles. RSP is different in MPD for a product Dealer to update price in FCC manually Dealer to raise request with justification via IRIS to remove interlock Alert will close once Justification is submitted Logic deployed at: MetaHOS Severity: Critical Justification/Approval: Dealer(Justification) Impacted Asset : MPD (All nozzles of the MPD where price mismatches) Fueling resumes at Nozzles

IRIS - Testing Interlock (SOP-003) Logic deployed at: WFCC Severity: High Justification/Approval: Dealer (Justification) Impacted Asset : If testing is not done, interlock is applied to that nozzle Weekly 5L testing is compulsory for All Nozzles Dealer to do testing through automation if interlock is activated Dealer to raise request with justification via IRIS to remove interlock if testing is not possible in automation Alert will close once Justification is submitted

IRIS - Tank Level Low Interlock (SOP-006) Critical Levels 10 KL,15 KL, 20 KL, 45 KL & 70KL – 10% of T ank Capacity Fuel should be always above critical level of the tank .If goes below critical level Tank Low level alert is created. Till alert is open, filling is not allowed from nozzle connect to the tank Once Fuel goes above the critical level the alert will would be automatically closed and fueling resumes Logic deployed at: WFCC Severity: High Justification/Approval: N.A Impacted Asset : Tank-(All Nozzles Connected to the Tank) Alert will close in IRIS once the product goes above the critical level

IRIS - Water Level High Interlock (SOP-007) Logic deployed at: WFCC Severity: Critical Justification/Approval: Dealer → TE → TM Impacted Asset : Tank-(All Nozzles Connected to the Tank Nozzles connected to the tank would be locked Water level should not exceed critical level (70mm). Alert will be automatically deactivated when water level is below the critical level To override the interlock Dealer to raise justification to alert in IRIS ON approval of TE and TM ,the interlock will be deactivated

10. IRIS - ATG Communication Failure Interlock (SOP-010) Logic deployed at: WFCC Severity: Critical Justification/Approval: Dealer → TE → TM Impacted Asset : Tank-(All Nozzles Connected to the Tank) INTERLOCK will be deactivated once ATG communication restarts Communication is not happening between ATG and WFCC All nozzles connected to tank would be locked To override the interlock Dealer to raise justification to alert in IRIS ON approval of TE and TM ,the interlock will be deactivated

11. IRIS – TT Decantation Interlock (SOP-011) Logic deployed at: WFCC Severity: Critical Justification/Approval: N.A Impacted Asset : Tank-(All Nozzles Connected to the Tank) Nozzles connected to the tank would be locked When product unloading starts interlock is activated Automatically unlocked once decantation is completed

IRIS - WFCC Offline (SOP-012) Logic deployed at: IRIS Severity: Low Justification/Approval: Dealer → TE → TM Impacted Asset : Tank-(All Nozzles Connected to the Tank) IRIS generates FCC Online alert when none of these 3 are received for an RO for one hour FCC is up when ATG, Nozzle Transactions and Nozzle Totalizer readings are communicated from FCC to MetaHOS every 15minutes. Alert will be automatically deactivated when connection is re-established To override the interlock Dealer to raise justification to alert in IRIS ON approval of TE and TM ,the interlock will be deactivated

13. IRIS - High level ATG Interlock (SOP-013) Logic deployed at: WFCC Severity: Low Justification/Approval: Dealer → TE → TM Impacted Asset : Tank-(All Nozzles Connected to the Tank) Nozzles connected to the tank would be locked When product level goes beyond 99% of tank capacity . Alert will be automatically deactivated when product level is below the critical level To override the interlock Dealer to raise justification to alert in IRIS ON approval of TE and TM ,the interlock will be deactivated

14. IRIS - Nozzle Interlock (SOP-999) Logic deployed at: WFCC Severity: Low Related alerts would be closed and Nozzles Interlock will be applied Asset Not in Use Dealer to raise justification to alert in IRIS Asset Under Maintenance TE Identifies and put in not in Use Approved by TE and TM Approved by TM
