Combined Experience of Directors/ Partners/ Employees of 30 Years in Fund Management/ advisory service / development in infrastructure sector . 2 Employees each having 5 years in Fund Management/ advisory service / development in infrastructure sector and, 1 Employee having 5 years in relevant sub-sector in which investment is proposed. Directors Atleast 50% should be : Independent Not a director of any other REIT
