Latar Belakang Masalah Kualitas kehidupan kerja yang rendah menyebabkan kesenjangan dalam diri guru seperti mudah marah , tidak mampu mengontrol emosi , mudah menyerah , serta mengalami banyak tekanan dan stress kerja ( Emadzadeh , Khorasani , & Nematizadeh , 2012). Hasil Penelitian 21,9% Guru Laki-laki 78,1% Guru Perempuan Didominasi oleh guru perempuan sebanyak 50 orang guru 32,8% Dewasa Awal 67,2% Dewasa Madya Didominasi oleh guru dewasa awal rentang usia 20-40 tahun dengan jumlah 43 orang guru 53,1% PNS 46,9% Honorer Didominasi oleh guru berstatus PNS sebanyak 34 orang guru 43,8% 1-10 Tahun 9,4% 21-30 Tahun Didominasi oleh guru yang sudah bekerja dalam rentang waktu 11-20 tahun sebanyak 30 orang guru 46,9% 11-20 Tahun Lama Masa Kerja Status Kerja Jenis Kelamin Usia

Kesimpulan Terdapat hubungan antara psychological capital dengan quality of work life pada guru SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan T anah P utih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Saran Disarankan kepada guru dan sekolah agar dapat mempertahankan psychological capital yang dimiliki untuk mencapai quality of work life yang baik
