Present Perfect Tense Present perfect is one of the tenses that indicates the past action or activity. it is used to express a complete action or finished and there is no definite or specific time. Its pattern formed: +) S + have/has (already) + V participle + obj / complement -) S + haven’t/hasn’t + V participle + obj (yet ) ?) have / has + S + V participle + obj ? Notes: already used to express the action or activity already finished and positive sentence yet  used to express the action or activity that is not finished yet. It is used in + / -

Examples: They have learned English for three years They haven’t learned English for three years Have they learned English for three years? She has tried to do her best ……………… ………………
