“ اکیسویں صدی کے ناخواندہ وہ نہیں ہوں گے جو پڑھ لکھ نہیں سکتے بلکہ وہ لوگ ہوں گے جو سیکھ نہیں سکتے، سوچ سکتے ہیں اور دوبارہ سیکھ نہیں سکتے۔ ” “The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.” - Alvin Toffler - Alvin Toffler

Your past doesn't define you, nor should it scare you, it is part of you.

What does success look like to you?

Paraphrasing the Great Muhammed Ali “Success is having a desire, a dream, a vision. You have to have the skill, and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill.”

What does success look like to you? Work life balance Big House, Bigger Car! Money in the bank! Family Business! Happiness Qualifications Professional Career Social Media Fame! Marrying someone of your choice! Having Sensible Children! Helping others, giving back! Balance work and religion Inspiring others Stability and security Physical wellbeing Mental health and general wellbeing

In reality, it could be all, any or something else…

The key is success is evolving and changing,…

It begins with you, knowing you!

Bear in mind that education is not the same as intelligence

We know that now, nor does it lead to success

That goes for both education and intelligence!

I’m the first in my family to do an apprenticeship…

“I’m the first in my family to do an apprenticeship and I’m keen to demonstrate that going to university is not the only option”

An apprenticeship isn't just an alternative to university—it's a dynamic, rewarding pathway to a successful career. Apprenticeship, are an investment in your future with practical skills, financial stability and employment opportunities.

Apprentices add £7 billion to economy within a decade

Education, education, education!

Brand "University“ Education, education, education

“Increase in BME workplace progression could give UK economy a £24bn boost” – Baroness McGregor-Smith

Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities - Tony Sewell

Apprenticeships are a real solution and we are striving for people to say: I am the first in my family to do an Apprenticeship!

There are just too many people going to University leading to Under employment and at the same time the British Asian Community has over representation of NEETS.
