•Equipments which are used for evaporation is called Evaporators.
•Evaporation means to reduce the water contents from fluid or thickening
of fluid.

•Evaporators are mainly divided in three groups-
1.Natural Circulation Evaporator
a) Evaporating Pans
b) Evaporating Stills
c) Short Tube Evaporatorc) Short Tube Evaporator
2. Forced Circulation Evaporator

a) Wiped Film Evaporator

compressor which is used for increasing the latent heat or
temperature of steam.
