13. PROPOSED VIEWS ZONING SYSTEM Frontage Zone - Can vary from 0.5m to 1.0m. Pedestrian Zone - Should be atleast 1.8m. Furniture zone - Consists of trees,benches,Manholes & other utilities.

14. PROPOSED VIEWS FOOTPATH ELEMENTS Footpath should have minimum of 1.8m pedestrian zone. Height should not be more than 150mm. Should have warning tiles before & after property entrances.

15. PROPOSED VIEWS FOOTPATH ELEMENTS Tabletop pedestrian crossing should be provided at every 200m. Dedicated Parallel parking space shall be provided for cars, same space shall be used for perpendicular parking of two wheelers. Bulbouts shall be provided at pedestrian crossings to reduce walking distance across the carriageway.
