Navigating the Slideshow • To move between slides in a slideshow presentation, you can use one of the following: - Click on your mouse - Use the arrow keys on your keyboard • The ESC key is used to jump out of a presentation.

Quick Access Toolbar • The quick access toolbar allows you to quickly access commands which are used frequently. The quick access toolbar is also customizable.

Color Use in Presentations • Subtle colors like blue, brown and black create 'trust' with the audience. • Bright colors like red tend to create an impact on the audience. • It is important to remember to never use red and green right next to each other in a presentation. • Keep consistent colors throughout the presentation.

Font Sizes and Usage • As a general rule, you should use the following font sizes: - Titles - size 44 - Subtitles - size 32 - Text - size 28 • Also, you should never have more than three different fonts in a presentation.
