PowerPoint view Microsoft PowerPoint has three main views:normal,slide sorter, slide show view I)Normal views : this view has three working areas on the left ,tabs that alternate between an outline of slide test and slide displayed as thumb nails. On the right ,the slide pane, which displays a large view of the current slide and on the bottom , the notes pane i i) Slide Sorter View : is an exclusive view of your slides in thumbnail Make it easy to recorder ,add or delete slides and preview your transition and animation effects

4. PowerPoint view cont… iii)Slide Show View: takes up the full computer screen, a complete presentation is displayed with graphics ,timings ,movies, animated elements

5. Creating Presentation Involves starting with a basic design; adding new slides and content ; choosing layout etc i ) Blank Presentation: In this case, slide starts with minimal design and no colour. ii) Existing Presentation: New Presentation is prepared on already written and designed one.

7. OLE(Object Linking and Embedding) The Power Point allows, the OLE facilities to the Presentation The main differences between linked objects and embedded object are where the data is store and how data is updated after it is placed in the destination file

Modifying Visual Elements i ) Changing the colour scheme: after creating a presentation, its background or colour can be changed to meet specific requirements. ii) Modifying the Slide Master : Identifies the position of the text and graphic objects, the style of the fonts , the footer elements, and the background of all slides. Adding objects: After selecting a particular slide layout Power Point permits to add any object, i.e text ,clip art, a table etc
