1. PENYELENGGARAAN MESIN

2. penyelenggaraan adalah aktiviti yang dilaksanakan untuk memulihara, mengaja, mengendali dan mengawalselia bangunan, kemudahan, kelengkapan, perkhidmatan ( servise) bangunan dan persekitaran bagi memenuhi piawai swasta, mempertahankan utiliti dan nilai fasiliti kemudahan serta selamat digunakan. DEFINISI PENYELENGGARAAN

3. TUJUAN PENYELENGGARAAN selamat dan boleh digunakan ( dari segi ketahanan dan keselamatan) Membuat penyenggaraan alat yang ekonomik sejajar dengan peruntukan. Mencapai tahap bolehguna yang diterima. Mencegah kerosakan berterusan sehingga sukar diperbaiki (beyond economic repair) dan dengan ini menjimatkan perbelanjaan.

4. Penyenggaraan Mencegah Kerosakan (Preventive Maintenance): Kerja penyenggaraan yang dilaksanakan mengikut program atau plan perancangan yang ditetapkan berdasarkan polisi penyenggaraan, tempoh hayat peralatan dan pemeriksaan berkala. Penyenggaraan Membaiki Kerosakan (Corrective Maintenance): Kerja penyenggaraan yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan laporan kerosakan pelanggan atau kerosakan yang ditemui semasa pemeriksaan berkala atau dengan kata lain kerja penyenggaraan selepas berlaku kerosakan. Penyenggaraan Peralatan Rosak dan Usang (Breakdown Maintenance): Kerja penyenggaraan yang melibatkan peralatan yang telah lama rosak / terbiar. 01 02 03 JENIS PENYENGGARAAN
