DEFINATION Probiotics  are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for your health, especially your digestive system.

PROBIOTICS means The term probiotic comes from the Latin or Greek pro , ―before, forward ‖ and bios , or ―life‖ — thus probiotics are life-promoting

What are Probiotics ??? Probiotics colonize the mouth and intestinal tract.they help fight off,disease causing bacteria. It is a friendly bacteria which play vital role in keeping us fit and healthy.

What are Probiotics ??? Probiotic is a concentrated supplements or a food product of beneficial live bacteria culture taken orally intended to improve our health .

Advantages of probiotics 1. By increasing the absorption of mineral and vitamins and it also can improve digestion system especially of milk product. 2.May relieve diarrhea and constipation.

Advantages of probiotics 3. Increase the absorption of calcium, important mineral in the prevention of osteoporosis . 4. Preventing intestinal tract infections that are cause by Candida spp. beneficially affect the host by improving its intestinal microbial balance, thus inhibiting pathogens and toxin producing bacteria.
