Academic stress is the feeling of pressure
or tension that students experience due to
their school or college work. It happens
when students face challenges like
di?ficult exam, heavy homework, or high
expectations from teachers and parents

MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE
• A mental health issue means having
problems with our thoughts, feelings, or
behaviors.
• It can a?fect how we live, work, and
relate to others.
• Everyone can face mental health issues

tablets.
• It includes sending mean messages, spreading
rumors on social media, sharing embarrassing
photos, or creating fake profiles to harass someone.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE
Substance abuse is the harmful or excessive use
of drugs or alcohol that negatively a?fects a
person’s health, behavior, and daily life.
• It includes using illegal drugs, misusing
prescription medications, or drinking too much
alcohol.
• Substance abuse can lead to addiction, health
problems, and social issues.
