Introduction 2 Fire & Security Association of India (FSAI) conducts Finest India Skills & Talent (FIST) awards every year to recognize extraordinary contribution of organizations and individuals in the field of security, safety, firefighting and emergency response. This award i.e. Product of the Year - Monitoring & Controlling Systems aims to recognize efforts of organizations that have developed products for Monitoring & Controlling System. Who can apply Any organization registered in India and operating as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) of video surveillance products; An organization complying to the following: a. Organization should be in business for at least past 1 years; b. Organization should have at least 1 manufacturing unit in India. Key instructions The nominee needs to provide their response in the form of this presentation only and supporting documentation can be attached separately. Please note that the number of slides of the presentation should be strictly in accordance with the criteria laid out . Presentation with incomplete information or excessive information will be rejected at the discretion of the jury members. Every section of this presentation has a specific score and the decision made by the Jury will be considered final. Nominees should focus on providing the exceptional aspects of their product and explain the value delivered to the organization by presenting statistical data instead of providing lengthy and descriptive answers. Fire Safety Control Framework – Why Do You Deserve FIST Award 4 Key instructions: On two slides only (this and the nex t one), the nominees should explain the following Provide compelling features of your product which deserve to be awarded. Explain innovative solutions deployed and value delivered to the facility, people and society. How do you ensure business enablement, cost savings, emergency preparedness, people safety and emergency response. Please provide responses supported by statistical information, data, insights, charts depicting trends, illustrative diagrams and photos. Explain the compliance with industry standards, certifications and provide a list awards, if any secured by the facility. 30 Points Please note - In case the information is more than two slides, the nomination will be disqualified. The decision making by the Jury will be made on the basis of the information provided in this presentation. Supporting documentation should be attached separately as a backup, however Jury may only use it as a reference in case required. As mentioned above, the decision making for the winner will be made on how compelling the presentation is.
