Project Dashboard in Odoo 18 Project

The Odoo 18 Project Dashboard provides a centralized, real-time visual summary of all projects, tasks, and team performance. It features key metrics on status, time tracking, and workload, enabling managers to make data-driven decisions and efficiently allocate resources.

2. Enterprise Introduction In this slide, we’ll discuss the project dashboard in odoo 18. The project dashboard gives a comprehensive real-time overview of a project’s progress from task completion and timesheets to profitability and budget adherence. From the analysis of the project dashboard we can stay on track.

3. Enterprise By clicking on 3 dots from a project, we can go to the project dashboard from the project module.

4. Enterprise It is divided into two sections. One on the right and one on the left side. In the right side we get all the details including the timesheets, sale orders, milestones , profitability, budget corresponding to this project.

5. Enterprise The informations displayed over here vary depending on the applications we installed.

6. Enterprise If we click on the tasks smart button, we can see all tasks related to this project and its details.

7. Enterprise Upon clicking the timesheets smart button, we can manage and validate the timesheets.

8. Enterprise The sale order smart button shows all the sales orders related to this project.

9. Enterprise From the sale order items we can see all details including the order reference, customer, salesperson, quantity invoiced etc.

10. Enterprise Next the burndown chart shows the status of the project’s tasks over time. It tracks the progress of project over deadlines.

11. Enterprise Purchase order will show the corresponding purchase order for this project.

12. Enterprise The milestones section will be visible only when milestones are enabled from the settings. We can add a new milestone or edit the existing ones by clicking on it. The red colour shows the milestone that is not reached before the deadline.

13. Enterprise Once a milestone is completed, we can enable the reached button.

14. Enterprise Next shows the profitability section where it shows the critical breakdown of our project. We can see the costs and revenues of this project . Profitability will be displayed only for projects configured as billable.

15. Enterprise If we set a budget for this project, we can see the status and details of it over this section.

16. Enterprise This shows the percentage of the progress of the project and the status of project like whether it is on track or not.

17. Enterprise Here we can see the form view of the task where we can edit the changes including the status, progress and description of the project .
