Prepare all deliverables As per project commitments and obtain necessary approvals from NAMA & Other authorities. Monitor project risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate them Maintain communication with NAMA /Stakeholders and provide project updates Monitor project progress against the project schedule using tracking sheet. Conduct regular project status meetings and report progress to stakeholders Manage resources effectively and ensure timely completion of tasks. Complete project deliverables and obtain formal acceptance from NAMA. Conduct a review meeting to assess project success and lessons learned Transition all project outputs to NAMA Announce project completion and recognize the contributions of team members Complete the project in terms of technical & commercial aspects.
