INTRODUCTION We, the students of AIML 2 nd year would be grateful in presenting this wonderful project on the topic of Hospital Management. This mini-project is a Hospital Management System (HMS) designed to digitize and simplify hospital operations. It tackles the inefficiencies of manual, paper-based systems by creating a centralized platform to manage patient data, appointments, billing, and staff records. The goal is to improve efficiency and enhance the quality of patient care by providing a seamless, automated, and accurate system for hospital administration.

For instance, a patient's medical history may be stored in multiple locations, making it difficult for doctors to access critical information quickly. This project addresses these challenges by creating a digital solution that centralizes data, automates repetitive tasks, and enhances communication among different hospital departments. Objectives Digitize patient records, prescriptions, and other documents to minimize the use of paper and improve data accessibility. Provide a user-friendly system for booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments, reducing patient wait times. Enable doctors and nurses to quickly retrieve critical patient data during emergencies, leading to faster and more accurate diagnoses. Facilitate secure communication channels between doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff to ensure seamless coordination of care.
