PROPHETS’ TIME Religion reasons that to protect the belief and faith which is Islam so that Muslims can migrate with this kind of conditions based on what the prophet did. CURRENT TIME Moving to other places to get a better life, such as: high salary, better job and better education.

Hijrah in Prophets’ Time Muslims suffer from the ordeals from Quraish who tortured them was using a cruel ways to make Muslims return to their forefather belief. They would not leave Mecca if the opponents are not becoming more dangerous to them, so this is the reason why prophet and his followers do hijrah .

Qur’anic Verse “ Then, indeed your Lord, to those who emigrated after they had been compelled (to renounce their religion) and thereafter fought (for the cause of Allah) and were patient- indeed, your Lord, after that, is Forgiving and Merciful”. (An- Nahl , 110)

Hijrah in Current Time Studying abroad because they wanted to deepen the Islamic lessons, avoid moral decadence, want to practice the acquired knowledge and improve themselves because of God is what it is called the real Hijrah .
