Impact High energy costs for municipalities, increased carbon emissions, and energy wastage. environmental pollution, and wasted resources are just some of the consequences.

Prototype Overview 1 Light Sensor Detects ambient light levels. 2 Microcontroller Processes data and activates/deactivates streetlights. 3 Energy-Efficient LED Lights Provide bright illumination with reduced energy consumption.

Supporting Data 150 Traditional Watts per unit. 80 Smart Watts per unit.

Design Process 1 Concept Development Identified the need for adaptive lighting solutions. 2 Component Selection and Assembly Selected sensors, microcontrollers, and LED lights, assembling them into a cohesive system. 3 Testing and Adjustments Tested functionality under different lighting conditions, fine-tuning sensor calibration and response time.
