What is Scope of our p roject? User-Friendly Platform for Service Requests The platform will allow users to easily request services from technicians through account registration and service management features. Technician Management and Interaction Technicians can register, view, and manage job requests, including accepting or rejecting them with explanations and updating job statuses. Real-Time Notifications and Efficient Communication The platform will feature real-time notifications to keep users and technicians informed, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the service process.

Sprints Division Phase 1 ( Fall 2024 – 3 Sprints): In this phase, we will be developing the Admin Panel of the project This will involve creating the foundational infrastructure and essential features required for administrators to manage the entire system efficiently. The admin panel will be a web-based interface that allows administrators to oversee customer requests, manage technicians, and ensure smooth operation of the service Phase 2 (Fall 2024 - 2 Sprints & Spring 2025 - 2 Sprints): In this phase, we will be developing the mobile application of Quick Fix. The focus will be on creating the user interface and core functionalities for customers, customers chatbot and technicians, excluding the chatbot functionality which will be added in the next phase. Phase 3 (Spring 2025 - 3 Sprints): In this phase, we will focus on building the core functionality of the chatbot using Dialogflow and implementing request forecasting capabilities within the admin analytics dashboard.
What Makes us Different? These platforms are doesn’t provide customized business centric services to business like their opted package, number of calls etc. They don’t have the customer chatbot for general queries and request status assistance
