Condition

 The quoted rates include Base Rent, Service Charge.
 The above rates exclude electricity, water, gas, telephone and cable TV charges,
which will be billed separately based on consumption
 Advance payment is required

Booking arrangement and Security Deposit.

 1 (one) month rental is payable as an initial Booking Deposit which is not
refundable in the event of the cancellation by the Lessee.
 Upon signing the Lease Agreement, this Booking Deposit will become the
Security Deposit, which will be refundable interest free at the expiration of the
Lease, subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Lease Agreement.

Direct Telephone Line
Available with a deposit of US$ 500 of 1 direct lines and payable prior to connection, this
will be refundable at the expiration of the lease term in accordance with the terms and
condition.

Internet Access
Each unit will be provided with 1 (one) data point. However the tenant should arrange for
his / her own choice of internet provider directly.

Cable TV
Connection of cable TV could be obtained with additional charge.

2 (two) car parking spaces per apartement are provided for at the parking area.
