Salient Features of the Project Project Name CONSTRUCTION OF TUNNEL WORK BETWEEN KM.153.0 TO 180.0(ADENIGARH - PURUNAKATAK) CONSISTING OF TUNNEL-T4, T5, T6 & T7 (APX.LENGTH OF 7.492KM.) & ALLIED WORKS OF KHURDA-BOLANGIR NEW RAIL LINE PROJECT IN EAST COAST RAILWAY. Employer East Coast Railway Project Value ₹ 587.59 Crores Date of LOA 28-Mar-23 Commencement Date 16-Jul-23 Tender Security Amount ₹ 2.0 Crores Period of Completion Appointed date +30 Months Bonus for Early Completion 0.03% of CV for each day (Limited to 5% of CV). Bonus is applicable on overall completion Defects Liability Period 02 years commencing from the date of Provisional Certificate or expiry of a period 18 months from the date of Completion Certificate, whichever is later. Source of Fund Government of India Project Length 7.492 Km (T-4: 4.185KM, T5: 0.317KM, T6: 0.315KM, T7: 1.975KM & Escape Tunnel 0.700 Km and approaches) Performance Security 3% of Contract Price (within 30 days of Issuance of LOA)

Salient Features of the Project Project Name CONSTRUCTION OF TUNNEL WORK BETWEEN KM.153.0 TO 180.0(ADENIGARH - PURUNAKATAK) CONSISTING OF TUNNEL-T4, T5, T6 & T7 (APX.LENGTH OF 7.492KM.) & ALLIED WORKS OF KHURDA-BOLANGIR NEW RAIL LINE PROJECT IN EAST COAST RAILWAY. Liquidated Damages 0.05% of CV for delay of each day specified in Schedule – I, until such Project Milestone is achieved. Shall not Exceed 10% of the CV. LD will be imposed for each milestone but will be refunded if the project is completed within the contractual time (including EOT) Mobilization Advance 10% of OCV if required in 2 installments with interest rate Bank Rate plus 4% per annum. Subjected to irrevocable and unconditional BG of 110% of such instalment. Recovery of Advance Shall be recovered between 50% to 90% billing of CV. Limited to 30% from Each IPC. Time for Access to Site Core Land- Within 15 (fifteen) days of the signing of the Agreement or within 30 (thirty) days of the date of receiving the Performance Security from the Contractor, whichever is later. Non-Core Land- Within another 30days of handing over of land mentioned in Part-A. Environmental Clearance Environmental Clearance is not required for this project.

While Mr. Maheshwar Reddy (Mechanical Helper) was getting down from the shotcrete machine, he slipped, and he fell 1.5 meters and got minor injury in his leg. When Mr. Nima Biswas was shifting the steel plate, finger of his right hand got stuck between the ground and the plate, due to which got a minor cut injury. Leading Indicators Lagging Indicators
