3. TRAIN TICKETING SYSTEM OVERVIEW The project “TRAIN TICKETINGSYSTEM” has been developed on VISUAL STUDIO 2012. The main aim of this project “TRAIN TICKETING SYSTEM” is an application that provides the information of train ticketing, billing details. It include modules required to successfully operate Railway ticketing process smoothly The train schedule to enter journey details all the station name, arrival time. It includes automatic fare calculation as per the distance between two stations.

4. Features This application is an automated railway ticketing system. The administrator should be able to enter any change related to train information like change in train name, number etc. Almost all stations are declared between two stations “Raigarh” to Raipur JN. Some trains and train numbers are also declared in this application. Train no. and time automatically generated when train is selected.

5. Drawbacks Database not connected by using any server therefor we cannot provide more smoothly. Price are same for the general class for any trains either passenger trains or express trains.
