Enter your collabsuite email address.
Enter your password.

•This is the main screen of the T3-RCCL Application.
Choose the “Review Comments List” link to enter the RCCL.

This is the RCCL dashboard screen.
This screen provide a single view of all the reviews that you have initiated,reviews
that you have to conduct and reviews that you have to take action on.
Additionally, some statistics on how your objects have been rated on peer reviews
is displayed here.
Select “Submit an item for review” link to submit an item for review.

Click on select button to Choose the project for which peer review is to be done.

A list of objects within the chosen project is displayed.
You can either search for the object, using the search screen or pick an object from the
list.

For eg. lets search for the “Project Management” Object.
Click on select button to choose this object for submitting the peer-review.

Choose a specific task for review. All objects have this standards list of 8 tasks that can be peer-reviewed.
Lets choose the Design document and submit it for a review.

This screen displays the list of previous peer-reviews initiated on this Object/Task.
Click on “Submit the Task for Review” button.

Enter the file name to be reviewed.
Enter the version number of the document.
Choose the owner of the document from the pick list. The owner could be you or someone
else. In case you are initiating the review on behalf of someone else pick the actual owner’s
name.
Click on Upload button.

Confirmation of the submission displayed in the RCCL dashboard.
To validate the list of objects that you have submitted for a review. Choose the “My
Items Under Review” tab.

The Object that we have just submitted appears in the list.
This also indicates that the review has not happened yet.
In case you need to change the reviewer, pick another reviewer from the pick list.
Click “Change Reviewers” to change the reviewer.
You can invoke the change reviewer function only for uninitiated reviews.

Choose “Review an Item” to conduct a review.

This takes you to the “My Review Queue” tab, where a list of reviews that have been submitted to you will be
listed.
If you are unable to do this review, you can check with your Delivery Manager and reassign this review to
someone else in the organization.
Just pick the new reviewer and click the “Change Reviewers” button.
Lets go ahead and conduct the review.

Click on “View History of Reviews” to view the previous iteration of reviews.
Reviews can go for multiple iterations between the author and reviewer until the reviewer is
satisfied with the quality of the deliverable and accepts the review.

Each review task has a standard checklist of items to check during the review.
The reviewer conducts the review by going through the checklist.
There are three possible choices for checking the list
–Yes - Deliverable confirms to the defined standards.
–NO - Violation of the standard in the deliverable.
–NA - Not applicable for this deliverable.

provided below.

Choose the status of the review.
Reviews can be assigned one of 3 possible statuses:
–ACCEPTED : Deliverable meets all quality standards defined by the project.
–REJECTED : Deliverable has some non-conformances.
–Review In Progress : Use this status to save the current data into the database and continue the
rest of your review at a later time.

As the author of the document you will be able to view the results of a peer-review and
take action on the defects that were defected during the review.

The reviewer has found a Major defect in the document.
In Action Taken section, you can input what corrective action you are going to take to rectify
this defect.

Once you have corrected the defects, choose a status for this review action.
CLOSED : Will close the review cycle. The author can choose to close a review cycle if there are only
some observations from the reviewer, which does not require a re-review.
OPEN : Will let you submit the same Object/Task for the next iteration of review. The author
should choose this option if there are Major/Minor defects found during the review.

Filter the report based on Project Name, Object Name, Task Name.
Click on “View Comments” button to view the defects report for a particular Object,
Task, Status and Review dates.
