REAP Eligibility Criteria 2019
Candidates who wish to apply for the undergraduate degree programmes through REAP 2019
examination must check the eligibility criteria of REAP 2019 before applying. Candidates must fulfill the
the REAP 2019 eligibility criteria in order to get admission in the desired course and if the candidates
doesn’t fulfill the criteria, their candidature will be rejected.

 Qualified Candidates of 10+2 or equivalent with Science from Board of
Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER), CBSE or equivalent exam
 Candidates must have secured at least 45% aggregate marks in Physics
and Mathematics as compulsory subject and any of
Chemistry/Computer Science/Biology/Biotechnology as optional
subject
 5% relaxation will be given to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-
NCL/MBC-NCL candidates from Rajasthan
 Candidates must secure passing marks in each of the subjects
individually
3. Age Candidate must be born on or after October 1, 1994. Candidates belonging to
SC, ST and PwD will be given relaxation of about 5 years.
4. Medical
Fitness
Candidates must meet the standards for the medical fitness such as height,
weight, and hearing. Candidates must produce a Medical Fitness Certificate
REAP Application Form 2019
The application form of REAP 2019 will be available from May 30. Candidates have to fill the REAP 2019
application form in online mode. Only the eligible candidates would be able to register for the
examination. Candidates must provide all the valid details while filling up the application form of REAP
2019. Candidates must fill details such as personal details, academic details, payment of application
fees, etc. The step-wise procedure is listed below to which the candidates can go through and consider
while filling up the application form.

How to fill REAP 2019 Application Form?
Candidates can fill up the application form of REAP 2019 by going the following step-wise process as
mentioned below:
 Registration: Candidates at first will be required to register by entering the details such as
name, father’s name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, aadhaar number, etc. After
entering these details, click on submit to proceed to the next step.
 Payment of Application Fee: Candidates will be redirected to the payment page after
registration is complete. Candidates must pay the application fee of Rs. 700 in an online mode
through Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking. The amount paid will be non-refundable, non-
transferable. Without the payment of application fee, the application form will not be
considered.
 Fill the Application Form and College Choice Form: Candidates after the payment of application
fees will be taken to the page to fill in the application form and choice fill the college of
preference. Candidates must carefully enter the details such as personal, academic and contact
details, then submit the form.
 Upload Documents: Candidates must upload all the relevant documents in the dimension as
stated by the admission authority. Candidates will have to upload the scanned images of
photograph and signature.
 Submission of Application Form: Candidates must review all the details entered in the
application before finally submitting the application form of REAP 2019.
 Choice Filling: After the application form has been successfully submitted, candidates must
enter their choice of college where they wish to take admission in the desired course. After
entering the college name, candidate will receive the confirmation message through email and
SMS on their registered email address and mobile number respectively.
 Print Out the Application Form: Candidates must download and then take the print out of the
application form and college choice form after the final submission and choice filling of college.
Candidates will not be required to send the hard copy of application form to the admission
office.
REAP Reservation of Seats 2019
The reservation of seats of REAP 2019 will be on the basis of guidelines prescribed by the Government
of Rajasthan. The percentage of REAP 2019 reservation of seats will be different and category specific.
The guidelines will not be applicable to the unaided private institutes and 50% of self-financed courses
offered by aided institutes.

REAP Merit List 2019
Rajasthan Technical University will release the merit list of REAP 2019 for JEE Main 2019 and Qualifying
Exam (10+2) separately. The REAP 2019 merit list will be available to the candidates online for which
candidates will have to log in to their application form by entering their login-id, password and date of
birth. The merit list of REAP 2019 will be different for the different categories.
REAP Counselling & Seat Allotment 2019
The admission authority of Centre of Electronic Governance, Rajasthan will release the merit list of REAP
2019 for the candidates who have applied for the admission through REAP 2019. The counselling of
REAP will be conducted for Rajasthan candidates and Outside Rajasthan candidates separately. The
candidates belonging to the state of Rajasthan will have an advantage of getting upward or upgradation
movement, where they can upgrade their allotted seat. The upgradation will be on the basis of options
entered by the candidate and seats available at that particular point. Candidates must register to
participate in the REAP 2019 counselling process. Candidates will be able to check their seat allotment of

10. REAP 2019 by logging into the application form portal by entering their login details. Candidates have
been been allotted seat will be able to download their seat allotment letter which has to be presented
at the time of counselling of REAP 2019. Candidate must also bring along all the necessary original
documents for the document verification process without which the seat will not be allotted.
