Steps in Recruitment Process .
Internal factors. The internal factors, also called the endogenous factors, are the factors within the organization that affect the recruitment process.
External factors External factors are those that cannot be controlled by an organization.
Internal source. Internal source is one of the important source of recruitment. The employees already working in the organization may be more suitable for higher jobs than those recruited from outside. The present employee may help in the recruitment of new persons also.
External source. Every enterprise has to use external sources for recruitment to higher positions when existing employees are not suitable. More persons are needed when expansions are undertaken.
