Project Brief Our Approach We use Design Thinking Methodology and tools (5D) to optimize our study. Discover Define Dream Design To enhance the user experience of earbuds for gamers by identifying and resolving a major issue using design thinking research methodology, ultimately creating an improved product that increases user satisfaction and functionality.

Addressing these key issues is crucial to enhancing the overall performance and satisfaction of gamers using TWS earbuds. Additionally, 75 percent of the gamers we spoke to reported that they are so frustrated with these issues that they prefer wired earbuds over TWS earbuds. Our online research further confirmed that these are major problems for gamers.

Allows for the attachment of a detachable wire to a ddresses issues related to battery drain and Bluetooth latency. Redesigned earbuds to mitigate falling out during intense gaming sessions. Implemented ergonomic adjustments to ensure a secure fit. Positioned the earbuds to attach to the auricles behind the ears. Addressed the major issue of earbuds dislodging from the ears due to movement.
