1) Introduction The introduction phase of the program will consists of the following necessary information; Introduction about the training activity Overall objectives of the Training Expected outcomes from the training

2) Detail & Observations Academic Detail Trainer will list down the necessary academic observations with regards to the findings observed during the activity Information provided should be rational in nature Kindly avoid listing down of DAY(S) WISE DETAILS , like 01 day Entrepreneur, 04 days of ECE, 02 Days Of Health, 03 days of English Competency and Remaining days of subject wise training Refrain in listing down information from the training plans in this section as it will NOT BE CONSIDERED AS A FINDING , the Training plan only represents the PROCESS OF ACTIVITY EXECUTION ONLY; NOT THE OUTCOMES OBTAINED FROM IT

Examples: (not quoted exactly from any trainer’s report) The participants were divided in 05 equal groups comprising of 04 person each. Then the facilitator distributed the chits and asked the participants to write one word which comes in their mind when they hear the word “Teacher”. After which the facilitator will ask one member to present his/her work from each group. ( WRONG OBSERVATION/ SAME AS MENTIONED IN THE TRAINING PLAN ) After completing the activity of brain storming for the word “Teacher” it was found out that the participants took an active part in this activity and they had the prior knowledge with the right set of confidence which enabled them to provide some good qualities which strikes the mind as soon as the word “Teacher” is heard. ( CORRECT INFORMATION/OBSERVATION NOTED )

Continued… Academic – Administrative Detail Trainer will list down the daily academic-administrative findings during the training. By Academic-Administrative we mean any administrative hurdle which affects the momentum of the Academic process of training by any means. Examples: Masking tape was found to be poor in quality Charts were low in quantity in connection with the learning activities mentioned in the training plan and so were they purchased from outside NOTE: * Attendance sheet is also to be included in this section, Also identifying the names of the participants which you observed to be Good, Average, or Needs improvement.

3) Challenges Faced Trainers will list down the different challenges they faced during the implementation of the training Challenges can be academic or administrative in nature Example: As the charts were low in quantity; therefore it were purchased from outside which effected the time slot of the training, during which the main challenge was to keep the momentum of the training running and not let the participants stay idol to wait for the charts; instead keep participants indulge in different other learning topics/activities

4) Recommendation/Suggestions Trainers list down their recommendations/possible solutions/suggestions to the problem(s) faced (if any ) S uggestions should be related to the training execution only, as indicated by the Management; it should STRICTLY NOT INCLUDE the recommendations by the trainers from Pre-Training phase Examples : Emphasis on proof reading of any particular manual(s), re-editing of information etc. Suggestions related to the problems between the trainers (if occur ) Suggestions related to commute back plan and so on

5) Conclusion Trainer lists down the concluding remarks obtained as an over all impact observed during the training implementation Picture Submission It is suggested to at least provide a maximum of 12 good pictures per venue, the pictures provided should portray the following; Showing participants indulge in different learning activities. Showing participants involved in the process of resource development. Showing participants performing role play and story telling activities. Learning corner pictures. ONE picture of each trainer conducting the session. Picture displaying the environment of the training hall. Participants displaying their work.

Coordination Process Requirements (if needed) are emailed to the focal persons of the team. Focal person coordinates with the team and asks them to email/submit the required data. Team members emails the data to the focal person ONLY within a week of activity implementation. After which it is forwarded to the database center for compilation.
