The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the Nordic Hamstring Exercise ( NHE ) for preventing hamstring reinjury after RTP in football players. The secondary purpose is to determine the effect of the Nordic Hamstring Exercise ( NHE ) on sprint and jumping performance among the subjects . Purposes Nordic Hamstring Exercise + regular football training VS regular football training 12-months follow-up Inclusion criteria : Male and female football players Age 18 – 40 years old Within 1 week after fully recovered from hamstring injury/Return to Play Sample size n = 368 for primary outcome n = 36 for performance study Multi Center, Multi Country, Randomized Controlled Trial
