Findings and Insights Though Horlicks and Boost are from the same company there performance in market is not the same. Discounts, free offers and product variety are the main factors attracting customers to Reliance Fresh . 12
Conclusion and recommendations Complan and Boost have relatively less sales compared to Bournvita and Horlicks, so they can promote those products more inside the store. Reliance Fresh has to concentrate on strengthening its Brand name and brand loyalty of its customers. Reliance Fresh is performing well in terms of customer satisfaction level but it can’t be satisfied with its current status as there are a considerable number of people who are not satisfied with Reliance Fresh. 13
