How to make 2L ReSoMal with 1 Sachet Regular ORS in Hospital. Add 1 Sachets of Regular ORS (which contains 3.5gm NaCl & 20gm Dextrose) in 2 Liter water. Add 50gm Sugar (5ml spoon full X 10) Add 3 vials of Inj. KCl 20ml (7.5% | 1meq/ml) in 2 Liter solution. Give PO or PNG.
