Proposed Route Circulation- Overall The proposed route for circulation starts from Jalan Charleton as the main access point and loops within the proposed development, providing access at the western Jalan St. John. The route features both at-grade and elevated sections with a gradient of 5% and a minimum curve radius of R55. They will circulate within the development and ramp down after the proposed bus layby under the first tier, which is located near and opposite of the existing KTM railway station. Following this, vehicles will continue along the proposed route, reaching western Jalan St. John for access, allowing them to proceed to the old town. Additionally, vehicles can continue north by exiting from the access at Jalan Charleton , which connects to Jalan Tun Abdul Razak. For bus movements, buses will primarily operate at grade level, traversing Jalan St. John. They will pick up and drop off passengers at the proposed bus laybys along this route.
