2. WHAT IS ANIMATION? The ability to move objects, like text, graphics, charts, logos, etc., on the slide is called Animation. Animation helps to focus on important points. It also controls the sequence of the flow of information and helps in making information more impressive.

3. STEPS TO APPLY ANIMATION Open any presentation and select the object you want to animate. Click the animation tab and select the add animation button. Four different categories of animation effects will appear- 1. Entrance 2. Emphasis 3. Exit 4. Motion Paths

STEPS TO APPLY ANIMATION (CONTD. ) We can decide upon the timing of each animation by selecting any one of the following options in the timing group- On Click With Previous After Previous The Duration Box helps to control the speed of the Animation effect. We can also change the order using Reorder Animation and remove the animation using Remove Button in Animation Pane.
