Part 4 : proof Guarantee : there’s a maintenance guarantee for this car up to 3 years for free. Testimonials : recommendations from customers who purchase electric car before – reviews from customers who are experienced the drive of electric car. Independent research results : showing the quality certificate “ISO” – showing the researches results provided about the electric car from important high education university “MIT” .

Part 5 : visual aids Showing several experiences for customers who bought electric cars before through vlogs, reviews on company page on FB, or viewing a small video explaining electric car by one of the experts. Asking questions to customer if there’s any point doesn’t be clear to him/ her. Keep looking at customer’s eye so he/she ensures that you care about his confusions and opinions. Using images or VR can be beneficial to the customer so he can know the real value of using electric car.

Part 6 : dramatization The dramatization can be applied to electric car through a comedy or tragedy story that motivates customer to achieve a better scene he imagine it.

part 7 : Technology used in presenting electric car The smart phone apps can be helpful in presenting the electric car in a right way, for instance, the applications that use and create fonts can attract the customer. also the applications that can manage colours, images, and videos can entertain the customer and enhance his/her attention for more time, and the right colours can control the customers emotions in a way that let him close the deal. VR or “virtual reality” can be a huge help to the salesperson, because he can let the customer enjoy virtual driving experience that close to the one in the real life.
