Year Round Training Program for Billiards
General Objectives:
The primary objective of this training program is to develop technical skills of all Billiards PLAYERS.
Encourage athletes to have an active participation in fun and healthy physical activities according to their interests and
abilities.
At the end of this training program, the team will be declared as the Champion in Division Sports Competition 2019-
2020.

Note:
1.The training program starts on 1
st
week of July and ends at last week of March.
2.In the 9
th
month of training the maximum training procedure must be achieved, then sustainability and maintenance of the
athletes’ developed skills follow.
3.If in the 9
th
month, the training seems too easy for the athletes, we can add some intensity and repetitions of exercises or
activities.
4.The set of activities or exercises depend on the needs of athletes’ development, based on our own assessment.
5.The budget for the training, needs, materials, and equipment can be supported by the MOOE fund and other
stakeholders or sponsorships.
6.The training schedule is based on the availability of the athletes.
