2. INTRODUCTION “The Saraswat Co-operative Bank Society” was established by Mr. JK Parulkar , in 14 th Sep 1918. In 1933 The Society was converted to fully developed Urban co-operative bank. In 1988, the Bank was confirmed with “Scheduled” status by RBI. It’s Headquarte is in Mumbai, India. The bank has 282 fully Computerized branches as on 31st march 2017. As on 31st March 2017 the Bank’s business has Surpassed INR. 55,400 crore .
