8.  Water plays a key role in the digestion process for both humans and animals.  It is essential in cleaning and sanitation for both humans and animals.

9.  Many animals and plants live in bodies of water.  Water is essential for the growth of plants.

10.  It is used by plants during their food-making process called photosynthesis .  It carries nutrients throughout the plant.
