3. 1. CAREFUL JUDGEMENT Scientist do not easily jump into conclusion. Their judgment is base on facts and reliable information.

4. 2. CREATIVITY Scientist are sensitive to problems and they can generate original ideas. They are able to find new and alternative answers to problems.

5. 3. Critical Mindedness Scientist are willing to evaluate evidence presented to support a conclusion. They prefer accuracy on facts and reliability of sources of information.

6. 4. Curiosity Scientist never stop learning. They want to know the why and how of things.

7. 5. Humility Scientist are humble and do not boast about their achievements. They do not belittle whom they think do not meet their standards.
