SCIENTIFIC ATTITUDES A SCIENTIST HAS A SPECIFIC ATIITUDES THAT GUIDE HIM/HER IN SOLVING PROBLEMS.

1. CAREFUL JUDGEMENT Scientist do not easily jump into conclusion. Their judgment is base on facts and reliable information.

2. CREATIVITY Scientist are sensitive to problems and they can generate original ideas. They are able to find new and alternative answers to problems.

3. Critical Mindedness Scientist are willing to evaluate evidence presented to support a conclusion. They prefer accuracy on facts and reliability of sources of information.

4. Curiosity Scientist never stop learning. They want to know the why and how of things.

5. Humility Scientist are humble and do not boast about their achievements. They do not belittle whom they think do not meet their standards.

6. Intellectual Honesty Scientist give reports truthfully and they acknowledge sources of information. They do not claim the work of others and give credit where it is due .

7. Objectivity Scientist record actual observation and data accurately. They interpret data base on actual observations and experiments. They verify the consistency of observations.

8. Patience Scientist have the ability to spend more time to finish a task and get an accurate result.

9. Resourcefulness Scientist think of alternative solutions to problems they are working on they find alternative materials to be use for their experiment.

10. Rationality Scientist believe that In this world, things happen for a reason. They only accept facts and statements that are supported by proof.
