數位化的部份搞砸了，換個團隊吧
結論與建議
在這次的 SEMICON TAIWAN 展覽中，主辦單位或許出於環保考量，取消了紙本手
冊和地圖，改採數位化方式，要求參觀者掃描二維碼來瀏覽線上網站。然而，這項
措施在實際執行上暴露了許多問題，顯示出主辦單位在活動規劃與數位工具應用方
面，顯然存在經驗與專業的不足，或者對於參觀者體驗的不重視。
1.數位體驗的失敗首先，這項措施的初衷雖好，但最終卻犧牲了最基本的參觀體
驗。 許多參觀者發現，要在手機上瀏覽這個網站是一件極其痛苦的事情。介面
設計不友善，資訊難以有效閱讀，這讓尋找展位、議程等基本資訊變得困難重
重。主辦方似乎沒有站在參觀者的角度去思考，一個好的數位工具應當是讓事
情更簡單，而不是更麻煩。其次，展覽網站的技術問題更是雪上加霜。 在展覽
期間，現場網路環境本來就因大量參觀人潮而變得不穩定，然而，這個網站本
身似乎也承受不住高流量的考驗，頻繁陷入讀取迴圈，甚至在參觀者離場後嘗
試連線，也同樣遇到類似問題。這讓人不禁懷疑，主辦單位在啟用這個網站前，
是否進行了必要的 壓力測試 與網路頻寬規劃。
附帶一提，該網站連最基本的搜尋功能似乎都有 BUG（部份或許基於 DB）。礙
於版面不詳述。
2.服務模式的矛盾
此外，展場內的服務模式也令人感到困惑。過去，服務台人員能夠提供紙本手
冊和地圖，並協助解答參觀者的疑問。然而，當主辦方取消紙本手冊，並在服
務桌上只放置二維碼時，這些服務人員的存在意義也變得模糊。他們似乎無法
提供更多實質性的幫助，只能重複著「請掃描二維碼」這句話。這不僅浪費了
人力，也未能真正解決參觀者遇到的問題。總體而言，這次數位化嘗試，雖然
立意良善，但在執行層面卻顯得準備不足。這場經驗提醒我們，數位轉型不應
僅僅是將紙本資訊替換為螢幕顯示，更需要周詳地考慮使用者的實際需求、技
術可行性與服務流程的協調，才能真正達到提升效率與體驗的目的。
