Installation 01 WSUS Installation
System Requirements Before installing WSUS, ensure your system meets the following Requirements: A S upported Windows Server version , SQL Server version , Sufficient D isk S pace , and A dequate M emory and CPU Resources depending on the Environment S ize.
Download WSUS WSUS can be downloaded from the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center or through Windows Server features . Ensure you get the appropriate version corresponding to your server setup to ensure compatibility.
Installation Steps To install WSUS, open Server Manager, add roles and features, select WSUS, follow the wizard to configure and complete the installation. Ensure to specify the SQL Server instance and the path for the content storage during this process.

Configure WSUS Settings After installation, configure WSUS settings via the WSUS Administration Console . Set up the server to sync updates from Microsoft, choose the products to update, and define the classifications of updates you want to deploy.
