SIR NORMAN FOSTER Sir Norman Robert Foster, is a British Architect known for his sleek, modern buildings made of steel and glass. whose company “Foster + Partners” maintains an international design practice. He is one of the most creative British architect of his generation. In 1999, he was awarded the “ Pritzker Architecture Prize”, often referred to as the “The Noble Prize of Architecture”.

It is located in Southwark, on the south bank of the River Thames near Tower Bridge. It was designed by Norman Foster and opened in July 2002. The building has an unusual, bulbous shape, purportedly intended to reduce its surface area and thus improve energy efficiency, although the excess energy consumption caused by the exclusive use of glass (in a double facade) overwhelms the benefit of shape. The uncommon triangular framing pattern (also known as a diagrid ) required 9,500 metric tons (10,480 tons) of structural steel—reportedly about 20% less than a conventional steel frame. Hearst Tower was the first skyscraper to break ground in New York City after September 11, 2001. The building received the 2006 Emporis Skyscraper Award,[5] citing it as the best skyscraper in the world completed that year.

It is designed as a memorial to the late Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan , the founding father and first president of the UAE . The museum is planned to be the centrepiece of the Saadiyat Island Cultural District , and will showcase the history, culture, and economic transformation of the Emirates. The museum is currently under construction and is expected to open in 2021 The museum has been designed by Foster + Partners with five solar thermal towers that will act as chimneys to draw cool air through the building.[1] The towers are shaped like falcon wings to commemorate Zayed's love of falconry . 2) Frank Lloyd Wright Frank Lloyd Wright (June 8, 1867 – April 9, 1959) was an American architect, interior designer, writer, and educator, whose creative period spanned more than 70 years, designing more than 1,000 structures, of which 532 were completed. In addition to his houses, Wright designed original and innovative offices, churches, schools, skyscrapers, hotels, museums, and other structures. He often designed interior elements for these buildings, as well, including furniture and stained glass. Wright wrote 20 books and many articles and was a popular lecturer in the United States and Europe. Wright was recognized in 1991 by the American Institute of Architects as "the greatest American architect of all time .“ Wright studied civil engineering at the University of Wisconsin and then apprenticed in Chicago with noted architects Joseph Lyman Silsbee and Louis Sullivan

3. Eero Saarinen Eero Saarinen August 20, 1910 – September 1, 1961) was a Finnish-American architect and industrial designer noted for his neo-futuristic style. Saarinen is known for designing the Washington Dulles International Airport outside Washington, D.C., the TWA Flight Centre in New York City, and the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri. He was the son of noted Finish architect Eliel Saarinen.
