Inclusive mixed –use high rise building Gift city A mixed-use development creates more efficient use of the available land, through mixing residential space with offices and commercial facilities, by the means of utilizing the building and space for 24 hours with their different time occupancy and use of the different functions.

objective: The business industry has evolved over a few decades to meet the changing needs of the society. The need to address a few more additional changes required for a more stylized infrastructure has been created by the ever growing number of workers joining this industry. This design dilemma must be resolved in order to retain the same requirements, but to deviate from the normal method to achieve a more improved quality of life. The aim is to inculcate an understanding needed to design a facility with varied functions.
