•Things sometimes go wrong in a presentation, from
technical failures to timing.
•If you do run into these problems, make sure that you
don’t panic. Have back up plans!
•Example:Paper handouts are worth bringing along if a
PowerPoint crashes.
•Example:You may have to be prepared to speed
through some parts of a presentation if you are running
out of time.

oIt is okay to look at a slide, especially if you want
to draw the audience’s attention to it and then be
