A tractor is a a powerful motor-driven vehicle with large, heavy treads, used for pulling farm machinery, other vehicles, etc. Motocultor · Two-wheel tractor

Rototiller  motorized device  having spinning blades  perpendicular to the ground and arranged like spokes,  used  for tilling soil.

A disc harrow (disc plough) Is a farm implement that is used to cultivate the soil where crops are to be planted. It is also used to chop up unwanted weeds or crop remainders. 

A Harrow is for the preparation of sowing on tilled land. It is designed to turning over the topsoil allowing good germination of the plant .

A drill is a tool use to make holes on the ground

A Rotavator type of machine with rotating blades that break up soil

The Subsoiler rips hard ground to remove compaction lays and low areas to improve water drainage .

A cultipacker is a piece of agricultural equipment that crushes dirt clods, removes air pockets, and presses down small stones, forming a smooth, firm seedbed. It is a soil renovator.

Chisel plow is a soil tillage device pulled  by a tractor or animal, used to break up and stir soil a  foot or more beneath the  surface without turning it.

Bottom plow farm implement consisting of a strong blade at the end of a beam, usually hitched to a draft team or motor vehicle and used for breaking up soil

A shovel is a tool for digging, lifting, and moving bulk materials, such as soil, coal, gravel, snow, sand, or ore.

Machete is a large heavy knife with a broad blade, used as a weapon and an tool for cutting vegetation . 

A hoe is an ancient and versatile agricultural tool used to move small amounts of soil. Common goals include weed control by agitating the surface of the soil around plants, piling soil around the base of plants (hilling), creating narrow furrows (drills) and shallow trenches for planting seeds and bulbs, to chop weeds, roots and crop residues, and even to dig or move soil .

A pitchfork is an agricultural tool with a long handle and long, thick, widely separated pointed tines (also called prongs) used to lift and pitch (throw) loose material, such as hay, straw or leaves. 

A hand cultivator is a gardening tool that is used to turn the soil where plants and vegetables are planted, or it can be used to remove weeds from soil in a garden.

A spade is a tool designed primarily for the purpose of digging or removing and spreading the soil.

A trowel is one of several similar hand tools used for digging, smoothing, or otherwise moving around small amounts of viscous or particulate material.
