SOP-Standard Operating Procedure for Recruitment Step-1 – HOD will share the requirement through Job requisition form available on drive. Step-2 – HR will take approval on all the position received from concerned management. Step-3 – After receiving approval from the mgmt. the TAT should be of 15-20 days to fulfil the vacant positions.  Step-4- Then we start sourcing the candidates as per the vacant positions. Step-5- When the candidate come for an interview, there will be two f orms that is required- Personal Detail Form & Review Sheet Form which is attached with the CV. Step--6 - There will be 2 rounds of Interview for Software Developer- Telephonic & Face to Face/Virtual and for other vacancies there will be direct Face to Face interview.

SOP-Standard Operating Procedure for Recruitment Step-7- When we have the shortlisted candidates list then we start doing the HR Discussion part where we need to negotiate (salary, notice period, buyout) with the candidates. Step-8- After clearing all the rounds- Telephonic, F2F & HR Discussion, then the Letter of intent will be shared with the candidates. Step-9 – HR Department will share the weekly hiring review Report with the concerned HOD on every Friday/Saturday. Step 10- At the Time of Joining there are Joining Forms which needs to be filled by the candidates. Declaration Form PF Form Laptop Form
