Steam project for english The theme:What is water used for in science, energy, technology, arts Elaborated:Serebrian Daniel Checked:Victoria Domni țac

Water has a great value for organisms on Earth and especially for aquatic creatures (fish) representing their habitat, unable to live without it. From a chemical point of view and with respect to the chemical structure, water is a liquid substance composed of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom and results from the combination reaction between oxygen and hydrogen.

Water has multiple uses and meanings in art: 1. Creative medium: It is used in painting (watercolor), sculpture (or ice sculpture) and printmaking techniques. 2. Symbolism: Water often represents purity, life, transformation or deep emotions in various works of art. 3. Art installations: Artisans use water to create interactive installations that invite the public to connect with nature.

Water plays an essential role in energy production, having several important uses: 1. Hydroelectric power generation: Flowing water is used to drive turbines, generating electricity. 2. Cooling in power plants: Water is used to cool systems, preventing equipment from being overloaded. 3. Thermal power plants: In fossil fuel power plants, water is used to produce steam, which drives turbines.

Water has interesting applications in mathematics, although it is not a traditional subject of study. Here are some ways water is relevant: 1. Mathematical Modeling: Problems related to water flow, such as modeling rivers or irrigation systems, involve differential equations and integral calculations. 2. Geometry: Studies of the shapes of water vessels use geometric concepts to determine volumes and surfaces. 3. Statistics: Analyzes of data related to water consumption or the distribution of water resources use statistical methods.
