•C1V1 = C2V2
C1 = Concentration of the stock solution
C2 = Concentration of Working solution
V = Volume

3. PROB
•You are provided with 50X TAE Buffer. From that have to prepare 1x TAE for 300ml.
How?!!

4. CALCULATION
C1*V1 = C2*V2
50x * V1 = 1X * 300ml
V1 = 1X * 300/50x
V1 = 6 ml

5. RESULT
•Have to take 6 ml of 50xTAE and make up the volume till 300 ml with
Deionized water
