Studio Archifiction is a Dhaka-based architecture and interior design studio founded in 2012, with a strong focus on Office Interior Design alongside residence interiors and building design. We help clients move from idea to handover with clear plans, accurate drawings, and disciplined site execution—so workplaces look refined, work efficiently, and scale as teams grow.
Your journey with us
It starts with a conversation. We listen to goals, team size, culture, and budget, then visit the site to measure and understand how people actually work. Next comes concept design: smart layouts that balance collaboration and focus, brand cues, lighting and acoustic strategy, and storage planning. You get mood boards, material samples, and 2D/3D visuals so decisions are easy and informed.
From concept to construction
Once the direction is set, we prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and RAJUK-ready documents, coordinating with MEP to avoid surprises during fit-out. We value-engineer materials and detailing to meet durability and cost targets, and we plan cable/power routes to keep desks tidy and future-proof. If you choose turnkey delivery, our site team supervises daily work with checklists and milestone QA.
Built for productivity
Our Office Interior Design approach blends ergonomic workstations, lighting layers, acoustic treatments, healthy materials, and circulation that supports real workflows—raising comfort and productivity per square foot. We also supply custom furniture—workstations, reception desks, meeting tables, storage systems—built to shop drawings with factory QC and guided installation.
Homes and buildings
For residences, we design apartments, duplexes, and villas with functional layouts, custom storage, modern lighting, and climate-appropriate finishes. For buildings, we align architecture, services, and façade with site context and local codes.
Handover and aftercare
At completion you receive as-built drawings, warranties, and a simple maintenance guide. We remain available for tweaks as your team or family evolves.

3. About us About Us Founded in 2012, Studio Archifiction is a Dhaka-based architectural and interior design firm dedicated to delivering creative, functional, and enduring spaces. We offer a full range of services including Architectural Design consultancy with RAJUK Drawing prepare, Interior Design with Project Supervision, and Equipment and custom-made Furniture supply.
