Implementation Strategy: Lessons will take place on RnI day. This program will run in three ways: 1. Google Classroom 2. Physical Classroom 3. Project/Presentation incorporated with other subjects

Projects and Presentations : "Projects and presentations integrate technology with academic learning. Students showcase their understanding of software tools. Assignments are submitted online and assessed using predefined rubrics . Marks are recorded, directly impacting result cards and KIPSians performance."

Instructor Responsibilities : "Instructors play a pivotal role by: Evaluating assignments and maintaining detailed records. Providing feedback and guidance . Ensuring Students complete tasks before progressing to the next level. Maintaining follow-ups and facilitating discussions for improvement."

RnI Diary:

Assessment: Assessment is key to ensure learning outcomes. Projects are evaluated using a assessment key and rubrics . Marks are recorded systematically and contribute to result cards. Feedback is provided to address strengths and areas for improvement. This structured process ensures every KIPSians achieves their potential."

Book / Resource Preparation - Facilitator will prepare all resources for selected topics - Resources will be shared through digital drives - Scheme of Studies (SoS) prepared for teachers - Worksheets, ICT tools, and other digital resources available

Highlights & Next Steps -Achievements so far: Ongoing implementation of TechHub 2026–27: Robotics introduced as part of TechHub Lecture Ratio : 3 TechHub lectures + 1 Robotics lecture per month - Support: Collaboration from the wider team for lab resources and training
